We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Quotes provided for custom orders may be time-sensitive and subject to change until confirmed.

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be communicated at the time of order.

5. Deposits and Refunds

Deposits for custom orders may be non-refundable once work has begun, materials have been ordered, or production time has been reserved.

Because custom surfboards are made specifically for each customer, completed custom orders are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a refund or cancellation is approved, any refund amount may be reduced to reflect time, materials, design work, or administrative costs already

incurred.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, production schedules, and other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss or damage during shipping may pass to the customer once the product has been shipped or delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise stated.

7. Surfboard Use and Responsibility

Surfboards and related products should be used responsibly and with proper judgment. Surfing and board use involve inherent risks.

Zak Beard Surfboards is not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from us.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and using them appropriately.
